design, the décor of Spago at Four Seasons Resort Maui features unique
stone and woods, custom lighting and glass,
exotic
textures and art pieces.
A stunning bar and intimate lounge area allow guests to enjoy
magnificent panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach. The
Spago dining room accommodates seating for 135 guests, including lanai
seating for 79, and additional private dining for up to 73 guests.
Master chef Wolfgang Puck's
menu is a fusion of Hawaiian
and California cuisine, with Pacific Rim flavors. Spago chefs utilize
the finest and freshest ingredients from the Hawaiian Islands, including
organic products, and employ some traditional Hawaiian cooking
techniques. A special children's menu, the first ever for Wolfgang Puck,
is also available.
Spago's Master Sommelier has designed a unique wine programme
featuring wines from around the world – including the United States,
Europe, Australia and Chile – at varied and approachable prices.
