  We highly recommend Eva Villa as a place to stay during your stay on Maui. The owners, Rick & Dale Pounds, are great people and will really take care of you and your needs. This place is a very quiet relaxing place to stay.
   
  Eva Villa is located in Kihei\Wailea on the sunny side of the island. Their home overlooks the islands of Lanai, Molokini and Kahoolawe, which can be viewed from their roof top deck, giving way to spectacular sunsets. The grounds include many fruit and tropical trees and plants. There is also a Koi Pond with frogs, fish and beautiful lilies. All of their guests are invited to their pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue facilities, and outside tables and chairs to relax and enjoy. They also provide cable television for your entertainment.


     
                                                                                                                                                                 Your refrigerator will be stocked with breakfast foods that include fresh island fruit, juice, breads, butter, jam, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer to allow you to enjoy breakfast at your leisure.

  Their home is divided into 4 living sections for their friends and guests: the main house, on the second floor, is the owners reside. The studio (approx. 600 Sq.Ft.) is located on the first floor of the main house and looks out to the pool and Jacuzzi. It is a spacious living area containing a queen size bed, a pull out sofa bed, eating area, and a private bath. The poolside suite (approx. 680 Sq.Ft.) is also on the first level with 2 bedrooms equipped with a queen size bed and 2 twin beds, living room and a private bath. The cottage (approx. 600 Sq. Ft.) is separate from the house and has a full kitchen, living room with pull out sofa bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, washer/dryer and a furnished wrap-around lanai with barbecue.

  Just minutes away are the white sand beaches of Kihei, Wailea, and Makena, known all over the world for their beauty and excellent snorkeling. There are 6 championship golf courses within a 5 mile radius of Eva Villa, Makena , Wailea and Elleair. They are also 5-10 minutes away from six major hotels with beautiful grounds and fine cuisine, and a ten minute drive to several Kihei shopping areas with many shops and several large grocery stores.
