Soul Catering is owned and operated by Rob & Tina Digman.
Rob was
professionally trained in New York City. He has worked for
catering companies on 5th Avenue, Time Square, and was director
of catering for the Historical Branch of the Smithsonian Museums
in Washington, D.C., to list a few of his achievements. He has a
passion for food and service. His abilities range from elegant
luaus to sit down French menus. He began his journey on Maui by
starting as a private chef and creating intimate catered events
all over the island. In time Tina joined the team as Rob's wife
and business partner and they opened their café in Wailuku while
growing their catering business. They also started catering for
private jets and their associated clientele.
Tina has
been in the Food and Beverage industry since the age of 16. She
has experience in managing high end food operations and insuring
every guest need is met. Her eye for detail and incredible sense
of urgency will insure your event catering will be seamless.
Their staff is
experienced, service oriented and very attentive to guest needs.
