With singers, dancers, musicians, choreographers and
authentic costumes from every Polynesian island group, we take
you and your guest’s on a journey throughout the South Pacific.
There are authentic songs and dances from all of the Island
cultures including the savage war dance of Fiji, the mesmerizing
Otea of Tahiti, the scorching fire knife dance of Samoa and much
more. This show is customized to reflect a very special
occasion. The emcee opens the show in honor of the newlyweds. A
few songs later the wedding couple is called on stage to dance
their “first dance” to the Hawaiian Wedding Song. The theme is
romance, and a beautiful Solo Hula to a Hawaiian Love Song pays
tribute to the marriage of the
bride and groom. Fun is also a part of the evening as we perform
the Ori Tahiti. To begin, dancers go into the audience to choose
partners to perform the Tahitian Tamure’ on stage. Lots of fun
for everyone! Prior to the show, the stage and microphone may be
used for the bridal toasts, garter and bouquet tosses and the
cake cutting ceremony, the show emcee can also emcee the program
and the introductions.
