areas to showcase during your wedding & reception. This estate
offers 3 different locations for a tent, trees all around to help make
for beautiful lighting and of course an intimate gazebo overlooking the
ocean for the perfect photos. A small home is on site with 3
restrooms a kitchen and a sunroom, perfect for the On-Site Hair & Makeup
artists to work in! This estate is rented by the day. Please

Rates:
Full Use Of Property For Day:
up to 75 guests - $2,870.00
76 - 150 guests - $3,330.00
151 - 250 guests - $4,611.00
251 - 350 guests - $5,150.00
351 - 500 guests - $5,600.00
Note:
Cleaning fee for
all events less than 151 of $150.00 added to ALL bookings
Cleaning fee for
all events over 151 of $200.00 added to ALL bookings
If scheduling
allows, Honua Kai Lani Estate can be rented for CEREMONY
ONLY at ½ the Event rate if you book 90 days or less before
your wedding date. NOTE: For ceremony only, no food or
beverage service allowed except cake cutting & toasting.
Cleaning fees remain the same. Contact us for more info on
ceremony only weddings.
Estate is available from 10a – 10p, UNLESS it is an AM
wedding, in this case timing is negotiable.
Load In Day -
$350.00
If available, you may reserve the day before your event for
set up starting @ 10:00a. Load in days must be paid for in
full @ time of booking. This is intended for Set-Up &
Ceremony Rehearsal ONLY.
