Merriman’s Restaurant is located in the middle of the former Kapalua Resort in West Maui. It is directly oceanfront, adjacent to Kapalua Bay Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches on Maui.

This location also has a beautiful oceanfront grassy area or an oceanfront deck area where you could have your ceremony. Then you could proceed into the restaurant to have your reception at one of their reception areas that can accommodate whatever sized wedding you have. This location can handle just the two of you or a large group of several hundred. You can even buyout the entire restaurant and have it all to yourself if you like. $2500 Minimum food and beverage + service fee, Max 24 guests- $100.per additional guest up to 40

$3500 Ceremony and cocktail hour outdoor site (Max 200 guests) Allows for exclusive use of the full deck for the entire evening. Acoustic music is permitted until 9:30pm. Includes private bar, brown
ceremony chairs, lounge furniture and multiple fire tables. Dinner service is not available on the Deck. Staffing fee applies to cocktail reception only.

$700 Ceremony and/or cocktail reception site fee (Max 40 guests) Allows for exclusive use of the location from 10am to 2pm or 3pm to sunset. Acoustic music permitted. Staffing fee applies to cocktail reception only.

$8000 food and beverage minimum or $5000 site fee plus $5000 minimum food and beverage. (Max 60 guests with existing tables and chairs)

With the partial buyout, you have complete use of the Kapalua Bay Deck for the evening along with the Private Dining Room. Enjoy the ceremony and cocktail reception on the deck, then move to the Private Dining Room for plated dinner service. After dinner guests are welcome to go back down to the deck and utilize the multiple fire pits and couches. This option can accommodate groups of up to 60 people. Pricing for these spaces varies throughout the year. From April through July and from September through December there is a $5,000 food and beverage minimum and a $10,000 site fee for the two spaces. Pricing during our high season months of January through March and the month of August is increased to a $5,000 food and beverage minimum plus a $20,000 site fee.
