Our Full Service event planning option is designed to help you create the Maui wedding of your dreams without the stress of planning on your own. Whether its a small intimate ceremony & reception dinner or a dance the night away party, with our full service option we are there to help with every detail, from start to finish. Full service wedding planning includes:
- Initial phone or email consultation to discuss your vision and details of your day
- Venue recommendations (client will sign contract/pay chosen venue directly with IWM’s assistance)
- Unlimited email and scheduled phone communication from time of signing contract
- Budget management & payment scheduling
- Marriage License Scheduling
- Vendor recommendations and selection from our preferred vendor list (client will sign contract/pay chosen vendors directly with IWM’s assistance)
- Onsite coordinator on your wedding day up to 12 hours (additional set up & cleanup time may be added as needed at rate of $200 per hour)
- Creation, management & implementation of wedding day timeline/ itinerary
- Venue & ceremony design & layout
- Required permitting and licensing
- Provide Liability insurance & certificate of insurance required by venue
- Coordinate rehearsal, site visit (if available), review property layout & decor setup
- Manage and direct vendors for set up of ceremony and reception sites per instructions
- Set up all decor items
- Vendor, guest and wedding party management throughout event to ensure a smooth event
- Help with payment of vendor gratuity at the end of the event
- Onsite from start to finish of event, from set up to break down
Pricing for full service planning begins at $3500 + tax

To begin Full Service Event Planning, we require a signed contract and a non – refundable $1000 retainer fee to reserve our services and begin planning your event. Contract signing & payments can be taken care of online. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal & e-check.
* a 4.712% Hawaii State tax will be added to all packages.
** If clients wish to use vendors that are not on the wedding venue’s or IWM’s preferred vendor list, Clients are responsible for making sure their vendors have the proper insurance & permits required by the state of Hawaii and the chosen venue. Proof of these items will be required 45 days prior to your event.**
